Scatterplot Admissions Probability

1. Enter students information into the Bio-Banners
2. Complete Assessments
3. Goto School List tab, use the information column: "What are my Chances?"

This is now a report that can be exported directly to the student's Google Drive Files tab!
This report now includes a scatterplot that allows the advisor to see where their student lands as compared to other CounselMore students.

ATTENTION

CHANGES TO MULTI COUNSELOR ACCOUNT
Currently, the "Admin" account in the Quicklist of students contains new students, who are not assigned to any Counselor.
Currently, the Quicklist banner for these students reads the name of the original account holder.
That will change.
The Quicklist banner for unassigned students will now read:
"Unassigned Students"

Student and Parent Portal "search" capabilities (available in all plans) - The database is proprietary - there is no other all inclusive education information resource available. It is your choice to share your trade-secret with your client, on a per client basis. 

Choose which accounts will have access to the proprietary database by turning on the search capabilities per student record in Settings > My Business Setup > Student Portal Search Settings.

When you activate search capabilities for a student, all portals associated with the student record will have access to search.
