  • We have made significant improvements to our data collection. This year we have received the fewest number of data corrections than ever!
  • This year we also received 300+ contributions directly from our admissions partners.
  • STEALTH ESSAYS - When the application is submitted and the student receives a request for an additional essay, this is called a stealth essay. This is a enrollment management strategy. If your student receives a request for an additional essay - warn your colleagues.

After months of hard work, our summer project is reaching its conclusion. (phew!) We are thrilled to announce that our new website and Knowledge Base will be launching soon. We appreciate your patience during our support team's transition to a new customer service platform. This new platform will bring you enhanced features, making it even easier for you to access support and find satisfaction.


  1. All new training videos
    We want to express our immense gratitude to our valued members for wholeheartedly embracing CounselMore and contributing to its rapid growth as the leading educational enterprise tool. In response to your valuable feedback, we have replaced the videos that didn't meet your expectations with new and improved training videos that have been meticulously crafted to address all your suggestions and guide our newest colleagues effectively.

  2. In app chat
    We have heard your requests loud and clear - you want the ability to ask for support quickly and easily through a chat feature. Well, we're thrilled to announce that our new service platform will make that a reality. As we continue to enhance our bot's intelligence, we rely on your feedback to let us know if "Cici" ever veers off course.

  3. Collaboration Lab
    We understand how frustrating it was for our developers to not have an effective collaboration lab on our previous service platform. They eagerly read your feedback and suggestions for future capabilities and not having that tool caused space between the user and developers. Our team is comfortable with the user very close! That's not how CounselMore rolls. But now, with our new platform, we are bringing back the ability for you to vote on other members' suggestions, restoring our truly collaborative environment.
