The term was coined by Dr. Woodie Flowers, (1943 - 2019) Executive Advisory Board Chair Emeritus & Distinguished Advisor, FIRST Robotics.
It isn't our idea but it is a core value we share with the Founder of FIRST Robotics. It's a way of doing things that encourages high-quality work, emphasizing the value of peer-to-peer learning.
