Yes — up or down — at any billing cycle. We’ll prorate the difference. Plans are based on active student records, so move up if your caseload grows and down when it shrinks.
If you go above your plan’s included active student records, you pay a small per-record fee for the overage: $2.25/each on the Essential plan, $1.00/each on the Standard plan. The Unlimited plan has no overage charges. You can downgrade an active student to archived at any time to keep your count where you want it.
