The CounselMore training program starts with a series of brief, self-guided training videos. Access these videos at your convenience. Self guided training is supplemented with live group training sessions and peer-learning events. Individualized training is available on a limited basis. The links to access these are below.

ACCOUNT SPECIFIC SUPPORT

While live training sessions focus on general platform usage and best practices, CounselMore also provides account-specific support via email and in-app chat with our Tech-Mentors. Look for 'Help' in your app.

ONBOARDING DURATION

How long until I'm comfortable?

The duration of the onboarding process varies depending on the user's needs and the extent of functionality they wish to adopt within CounselMore.


For those looking to implement the full client management system, training typically takes 1 to 3 weeks. During this time, users build their account to reflect their unique processes and onboard their students into the portal.

Beyond software training, CounselMore organizes various professional development events to support our community holistically. Our community's momentum is owed to our remarkable Peer Mentors, whose contributions are invaluable. Once you've acclimated to the technology platform, we encourage you to actively participate in our community events.
